I am currently in a dilema over whether or not to file a DMCA complaint against realhabbo.com.

I need your opinions whether
www.realhabbo.com/staff
and
www.demo.habbosoft.com

are similar just by accident or if the layout has been screenied and edited (although it seems to have been sliced the same way also :S)

I am asking if i should, the point is that they look similar and i was asking you guys to see if they were similar enough to be classed as ripped.
Ive already said that i do not wish to sue them if its just a coincidence as i dont want to do a clubhabbo and copyright html tables.

I dont see the problem really mate. I doubt they have ripped. They may have taken an idea or two but its not a sueable offense.
But thats my opinion.
