The First Rare Is :

The Aleo Vera Plant



4.0CS - Seen Four Times
5.0CS - Seen Twice

Even though we are on the lead up to summer this rare is not selling that well. But as i couldn't find many of them trading i couldn't say a certain value. I'd say about 4.5CS.

The Second Rare Is:

The Yellow Marquee



0.8CS- Seen Twice
1.0CS - Seen Four Times


Well i didn't think this rare would rise to 1CS because 0.8CS seemed a good price but it seems these last few days people have been paying 1CS. I've noticed the same with the green marquee.

The Third Rare Is:

The Unholy Patch




1.0CS - Seen Twice
1.25CS - Seen Three Times
1.5CS - Seen Once

Not many people seem to need this rare so i think 1.5CS is a little overpriced. I think a better price for this is 1.25CS and then see whether people round it up or down.

The Four Rare Is:

The Grey Birdbath




7.5CS - Seen Twice
8.0CS - Seen Five Times
9.0CS - Seen Once

As the price of the Green birdbath has risen it seems this rare has been selling for a lot less. I think 8.0CS is a better price for this rare.

The Fifth Rare Is:

The White Oriental Screen



0.7CS - Seen Twice
1.0CS - Seen Five Times

It seems with the recent chinese themed quest this week this rare has risen slightly but i don't think it'll stay at 1.0CS for long. I have also seen the same for the grey screen but no for the rosewood screen this seems to be at 0.5CS.

The Sixth Rare Is:

The Gothic Ectoplasm Fountain




1.0CS - Seen Five Times
1.25CS - Seen Twice

Well its not halloween and it's a poster. Thats the two things wrong with this rare at the moment. People don't like to pay too much for them as they are poster and so not seasonal for this time or year. I think this rare should be at 1.0CS.

Once again you haven't failed to disapoint me =] You have colours, pictures and comments as usual, and they are at a very good standard which is excellent. You've found some rares that I haven't seen traded in a while as they are hard to find (Aloe Vera, Bird Bath (grey)) lol. And you have put once again, great comments after each rare.
