[Luke] Alt tags?

I was wondering how to format the alt tags. So that when an image is hovered over the message would show up in the formatted box.

no i mean instead of having a yellow-ish box with a boring border i want to be able to format it using css. But i dont know how. I remember that it was in your rv system (preview)
