Well I've been doing my options since September and no one can tell you what's good and what's boring as it all depends on your interests and abilities.
All I can say is don't pick something you won't like just because your friends did and you want to be with them because chances are you either won't be in their class or you won't enjoy the class. Remember you have to learn that lesson for two years as well.
My options anyway that I chose was
Geography
Art
Graphics
Performing Arts
Personally I can pick faults with all of them but can also pick good points as well. I think it depends on your teacher, the actual lesson and the people in the class whether you will enjoy the lesson or not.
You may be able to predict your teacher but you won't have an idea who is going to be in your class apart from the odd few people who you ask.
The only advice I can give is just pick the lessons you enjoy, that match you abilities and may be able to get a good career out of. If you pick the wrong lessons you're gonna be stuck with them for two years and also be getting qualifications that you may not need.
Hope you pick the right lessons!

i was only allowed to take two at school (german & dance; what a mistake at dance) but had to take a lot of compulsory stuff, e.g. ICT, french, business studies, RE etc.
I'm taking double IT, which also means you finish the course in Y10 so you can do the AS Level in Y11, Geography and Business Studies. Disappointed I couldn't do History as well though.
