Hey, i was like, really close to getting one some time back, wewent up to look what one i wanted, and were getting it that day. But my mum and dad were really put off by the smell emitted by the oils of their fur, and ive heard rumors of being able to wash ferrets? Is it possible to do this? And would it rid the smell?

Yeah.. its the oil inside their fur or something, they were so fun and playful to handle, just really smelly.

Females don't tend to smell as much. Just make sure you keep their bedding clean, ferret urine isn't a pleasant smell.
They are lovely things though. My friend used to have two and it's just fascinating watching them.If you rest, you rust
