Shockwave problem

A friend of mine cannot even experience the joy of getting d/c'd when he logs in so heres what he had to say about a diff problem.

I just installed Macromdia Shockwave Player, so I could play games on the internet. Mostly habbo. The UK version. For anyone that's played habbo UK, they know that you have to go through the Shockwave Player load then wait through the Sulake Screne load. Well, I can get through the Shockwave screne, but when it starts loading Sulake, I get a message that pops up and says

OK ........ Cancel

Then I cllick "OK", and the same thing pops up.
Then I click "OK" again, and it just dissappears and it stops loading. What does this mean? Does anyone know?

i got that a few times today but it was the first time it has happened. maybe all the problems today are due to shockwave.
