Need a layout coding

I would usualy pay if I needed a layout coding, but I have nothing in my paypal at the moment
So I was woundering if any one could code this layout (Posibly in Expandable Divs).
You don't have to format anything, I just need the outline done so that I can add the rest.
PM me if your interested (You have to be trused on the forum, as I have had people try and re sell them once I give them the unwatermarked version)
