1. Don't say you can code PHP when I have seen no PHP from you.
2. The only way you claim to code in HTML is through Photoshop by slicing, want to know how I found this out? Because when you slice in photoshop you have this above your coding

So when BigMuscle wanted his layout coded in divs which is simple css and html you said you could only code it in iframes. Which is using photoshop, case closed.

simple CSS is something you do not have sorry. You have given advice I'm threads that advice has already been given for and gave another answer that wasnt needed and is a much worse way of coding. But still, you have a lot of areas that are good so good luck
