Serious confusion

Right, not all of yu but alot of you have mums who probably do most things for u basic things, your dinner, clean your room all those kind of things. well i ask my mum to do most of the basic things what is completely normal for a mum in my eyes, and my dad acts like a freak about it. How it started was basicially, i said why did u say to grandma today that i sit on my **** all day when i do a paper round 5 days a week to earn money because i know u cant give me. and he goes so what if u do a paper round? u dont do anything for us (as in him and my mum) and i do make a cup of tea clean their cars and make them toast sometimes, but he expects me to keep my mouth shut and do everything my self, which isnt what im meant to do as a teenager!!! He says your sisters did alot more at ur age, and excuse me no they didnt they asked for money and went out and everything, i dont ask for more than 2 pounds!! so i tell him that and then later on i hear him saying to my mum something like i dont care if u earns money he has clothes a computer and loads of accersories and a nice TV, well excuse me i payed for all of that!!!! and my mum is like he is a good boy really tho and my dad is like well ur letting him walk all over u and im not going to. and im like wth? were has this even came from hes all of a sudden been nice to me for ages and suddenly he acts like a complete *****. its so weird and im so confused. anybody got any sujestions other than have a nice chat with him, coz u cant coz he goes while eating something bugger of ur giving me indijestion. i know lol. how stubern.

u do no work in the house really, and u dad has caught on but you think that its all ur mums job to do all the work and as a teenager its not your responsibility to do anything?

NO! I do do work around the house, i empty the dishwasher often, i bring the washing down i make my own dinner alot, i clean around sometimes i do everything up to which my mum says is fine and my dad still has a problem i didnt say i shouldnt do anything.

just tell ur dad that ur mum doesnt have a problem with wot u do, so he shouldnt either. if he doesnt listen, then you cant do much as you cant really change his opinion or convince him to if he doesnt wanna.

my dad used to be like that. i just ignored him and did whatever, mum was happy with that. she'd hated being in the marriage anyway

i barely did any jobs around the house. actually, none. 'cept empty the dishwasher like once a week (or less)

You have no life, no friends, you do not do a paper round, you just
eat the papers and say you deliverred them, and you have to roll to your
