Ok, well yeah i left ma xbox on whilst i went for dinner, i was about 5 mins then i went up and the screen went funny ( like what happens with RROD) & i saw the red rings come up, so i turned it off and turned it bk on, and it was back to normal?
Is this a sign that the RROD is lurking?

Yeah, I've heard it only appears when the xbox is too hot/over heating? And if you left it on while you went for your dinner it probably got really hot and once you turned it off, it cooled down.
