I just got given this its quite scary?

Thank you for contacting me concerning this issue. Unfortunatley, all who do advertise non-official websites WILL be banned by any online staff of authority who come accross and/or get reported by another user. This has been a direct order from the General Operations Manager of Habbo, as the only sites that we're fully able to trust, atleast we hope so, are the official fansites.

Once a Habbo account is banned for this reason,they WILL NOT be unbanned under any circumstances, as we're making this rule extremely explicit to understand. So as it goes for the owners of Habbo Stem, the answer is a no. I do appreciate you contacting me regarding this, and hope you spread the news, for we do not enjoy banning Habbos! Non-official fansites will need to find other ways of getting their fansites well-know, as this rule will also be implemented on other hotels. If any Habbo is spotted with a non official fansite URL in their motto, console space, room name, or simply say the URL, if caught, they will recieve a permanent ban. Stay safe! Paul
