    Default Needing a vB forum :)

    Hey all, okay so I have a fansite already but I don't want to make it into a site, but a forum. I know how to skin forums and customize them et. Of course the person who provides the vBulletin will also become an owner, and have full cpanel control

    Why vBulletin? You get a free forum, customize it and use the money you were going to use to buy credits for competitions or the hosting...
