If you read the announcement --MAD-- stated that they have removed them and you can edit then in your options in your user cp.

Positioning option
For a while we have had to create (V) versions of each skin to give users the option of having the user information on the left of posts rather than on the top. Today we have changed the way users can make the changes in order to clean up the skin selector.

You can now change the positioning of user information on posts/pms via your usercp. The option is located under "Thread display options".
