Shouldn't they be kicked out of the council if they get cautioned?

Depends on the reasons. Personally I don't think they should if its only for simple reasons. If it was for malicious purposes then yes. Although some people who get cautioned would turn malicious if cautioned. But then again the council isn't exactly amazing and secretive... Anything in the council has come from a public source.

I disagree, 3 guesses why lol.

Also I wouldn't be cautioned usually, it's only under the new rules so it would be unfair to make such judgements based on something which wouldn't have been in the past.

Who said all cautioned members are dishonest and bad? Some of the rules which could lead to one doesn't make someone bad e.g. the pointless post and foreign language rules. If it was for swearing and malicious reasons, the caution, then they're bad.
