Shockwave Problems

Everytime i try to acsess the hotel a window pops up in the client saying "This Shockwave movie has errors that have caused playback problems. Please
contact the author of this content regarding this problem. Shockwave is unable
to continue" i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling shockwave and flash but i'm still having no luck. Can someone help me please .

A few possible steps that you could take is by first, uninstalling your Shockwave player again, then clearing your cookies and temporary internet files which can be found under Internet Options. Once you have done that, switch your router or modem off and then restart your PC.

Once Windows has loaded up again switch it back on and then follow this with a reinstallation of the Shockwave player. It may not work directly after going through this process but after a few hours or possibly even a day it should be able to load without fault.

You should also try and gain access to the hotel on a different account and see if that works, it has for some other users.

I had to update my Shockwave Player this morning. This box came up.
