Well ClubHabbo are trying to take down HabbCrazy, and sent this to our data center:

content that infringes on our copyright per the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act. We appreciate your enforcement of copyright law and support
of our rights in this matter.

The copyrighted work at issue is text and images that appear on
http://www.habbcrazy.net and it's related pages. This is a Digital
Millennium Copyright Act Report against you, the host of the website in
question.

We have reason to believe that you host or own the website,

script and/or text and images taken from

iv. http://www.habbcrazy.net/pages/community/dotsboxes.htm uses the script
and/or text and images

v. http://www.habbcrazy.net/pages/community/lovecal.htm uses the script
and/or text and images http://www.clubhabbo.net/community/lgen.html

vi. http://www.habbcrazy.net/images/page...equestline.gif is a
repoduction of our copyrighted template at
http://www.clubhabbo.net/images/pics...tormguide.gif. This also occurs
twice more on the site in question.

vii. http://www.clubhabbo.net/clubhabbo/staff.html is a repoduction and is
taken from http://www.habbcrazy.net/pages/habbcrazy/stafflist.php

As stated before, http://www.habbcrazy.net is hosted or registered by you.
I am thus writing to you to request that this site is removed from your
servers forthwith. Please inform me when this has been effected.

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described
above on the allegedly infringing web pages is not authorized by the
copyright owner, its agent, or the law. I am requesting a reply to this
e-mail.

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the
notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am
authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is

So we just simply sent them links to the sources of our JavaScript (Which they claimed to be there own), oh, and they are claiming that the images by SULAKE are there own, so we just sent them a link to all the information on that.

So, could ClubHabbo get taken from the official fansite list for claiming Sulakes content as there own? And using it say we violated copyright laws?
