How do I remove a wallhack from CSS?

Hey, my cousin's Counter Strike Source on his PC has a wallhack, he said I can remove it as he doesn't play anymore and I do.

So, how do I remove it?
Need step by step please.

But dno where it is, or where to find it, or wot its called. Help.

Try looking in the css folder ? steam>steamapps>css look in them until you see something that resembles wallhack
