    Default a question

with the new moderation changes that are in place, and the auto bans coming in place in a few weeks.. say someone is on 4 infractions, gets an unfair one - then gets auto banned for a week.. how are they gunna be able to dispute the unfair one? (without a lot of hassle)

    thanks

Exactly, that's always been the way 'unfair' bans have been dealt with.

I belive JRH or someone else also said this comment when the system first got noticed.

You'll have to use the Contact Us link and any unfair infractions will be reversed (and your ban) by Super Moderators. It may take a few hours but all infractions are overlooked by super moderators.

Elkaa replies to every single sensible email. If you don't receive a reply then it's probably problem on the your end.

Have it so that unregisterd users could post in the report infractions thread. If it become a big issue of unfair infractions leading to auto-bans.

Despite alot of people complain about every infraction they get anyway.

Why should un-registered users be allowed to post? The more sensible thing is to allow banned users to post in an "Appeal Ban" forum/thread?
