HxHD "ban"

Just been informed that I'm banned from HxHD for harassing and bullying other members, and now it's just a continual loop of kick, re-enter, ask for explanation/proof, kick and round and round. This is hardly fair as I have had no chance to represent myself, and am being refused the right to a hearing or anything that might enlighten me on the subject of what I did that was so hideous. So far as I can tell it's a personal thing based on an account from "Blissa" who I don't know and certainly didn't bully/harass, on top of perhaps a personal thing from a staff member who admits to have had a really bad evening and is therefore probably not feeling his best.

It would be much appreciated if this could be sorted as I only entered the room tonight to see if any HxF chaps were about, which they were, and so I struck up a normal conversation (even offering advice to someone I didn't know) before all this happened out of the blue.

I cant really comment on why you was banned and I cant really say your unbanned because I dont know what happened. I will talk to the team leader who banned you and get there side of the story. If the ban seems unfair you will be unbanned however untill then you will still be banned untill the 10th april.

If you genuinely don't have any idea why you're banned I will log on now and find out who banned you and why.

Edit; Like you thought you are banned from the Help desk for harassing and bullying other people in the desk. The staff member who banned you has proof of you doing so, your ban expires on the 10th April. If you still don't think this is fair then you'd be best to PM NintendoNews who will assist you.

Is there any way I can see this proof? As far as I remember the only person I actually abused at all was Marc and we both knew it was all jokes. Further, if anything I was the one being harassed as someone had decided to make a mock account of me named WalkingJesus dressed as I am and with the same mission (not sure who but Marc's adamant that it wasn't him and so I take it as malicious).

I've heard you were abusing 'Blissa' and the staff member was videoing the screen as proof. However, after speaking to Blissa she doesn't feel it was extreme and not overally bullying. She also says it was 'WalkingJesus' not FlyingJesus who you claim isn't you. I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt but the final decision is in the hands of NintendoNews and I will direct him to this thread for you .

OH that would make sense then I guess, I had seen Blissa there earlier but seriously couldn't remember saying anything to her at all. I didn't know WalkingJesus (whoever was on the account) was saying anything to anyone- they certainly weren't while I was there, just walked in, changed to my exact clothes as it was wrong before and just sat there. Thanks for looking into this, confused me no end, hopefully this can get sorted fully now Much appreciated

You only have 3 days left of your ban. If the account was WalkingJesus it obviously does not effect the account FlyingJesus. At the moment as Nintendonews is not online I am willing to let you in the desk. How ever if this behaviour continues then you will be banned again + the additional 3 days.
