Needing general 'site manager'

I'm currently quite flooded and short for time and so, am finding it very difficult to get my fansite running at the standard I desire. The fansite is Australia based, because Habbo Australia is currently short of some fansites... However, this does not mean that you must be Australian to apply.

What I'm looking for is someone who is experienced and/or eager. I'm not keen on time-wasters, so if you're just going to apply for "the fun of it", please don't bother- you're only wasting my time and yours. I'm looking for someone who will pull their load whilst having fun! =]
