Can you not access the general internet or just these 2?

firstly run command prompt (Start->Run, type "cmd" press ok)
run ipconfig, and make sure you've got an IP address for your computer, depending on your setup may be something like 192.168.1.1 or 85.100.100.100, if you dont just repair your connection (Start->Connect To->Show all connections, right click your network connection, hit repair).

    IF it is general internet:

Sharpsterz, there are several things to do here:

1: Ensure everything is plugged in! (basic step)

2: Have you ever, or do you run Norton anti-virus / internet security.
Having in my experience with PCs seen so many have networking issues due to the way it runs. Regardless of the answer, run the norton removal tool - www.symantec.com/symnrt

3: Reset your TCP Stack and IP config:

Click Start, then Run - type "cmd" and press Ok.
In Command prompt run each of these commands (pressing enter after each one, wait for them to complete before running the next). [Both of these without quotes]

Command 1: "netsh int ip reset c:\reset.log"
    Command 2: "netsh winsock reset"

Give your machine a reboot and see if you've got any joy now.

IF it is just these 2:
run command prompt (instructions above), and run the command "ipconfig /flushdns". You'll have to close all your internet browsers etc first.

If you have a router, maybe try giving this a reboot (it'll flush the DNS from the router).

(DNS is the service where computers translate names into numbers, so that they can communicate properly).
