Is it worth the money? I've tried the demo but there isn't enough of the game there for me to make a descision. Can I play via lan and internet?

It is a very good game once you get into it , i have it on the xbox and didnt think much of the first 20 minutes but after that i was in a nice souped up car winning most of time , Yes there is multiplayer on it aswell
