    Default Laptop Question

Whats the best laptop I could get for around £500? I'm looking at HP and Dell, but would consider others. I'd like at least 2GB RAM and a Intel Proccessor, everything else I am sure will be fine.

    Thanks,
    Jameseh

I'd go for a Dell myself. I got a good Inspiron 6400 from them at Christmas time for about 450 pounds. 2GB RAM, 2.0ghz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, Windows Vista Premium, 160GB HDD and it runs great! Highly recommend Dell.

best go with a dell. Wait a while and see what offers come up, I found a 20% discount coupon online and saved about £80 when I got my dell. Sometimes they do free delivery and if they've been selling the same setup for one price for a while then wait a little longer and it's bound to become cheaper.
