New script?

I don't know if this is in the right section, I don't know if it's old or new and I don't even know if it eligable for news but I thought i'd post it anyway. I'm gathering it's a script due to certain 'resources,' but I could ask the guy. I'm really not sure of this is as you can see lol, but i'll get on with it. I've never seen it which is why im confused lol.
If you search ful. on the console, it says 'Coming soon' and not offline or online. See lol.

The people who have 'Coming Soon' under their names when you search them are the people in the new public room that has been released, they cant of updated the name on the server yet so it shows them in 'Coming Soon'.
