Did you click
"Free Download Microsoft LifeCam NX-6000/VX-1000/VX-3000/VX-6000 Driver 1.21 Windows XP"
Scroll down a bit and you should find that.
On the next page scroll down a bit and you have to enter a code, then click the download button.
