Making a temeplate in Dw

Does any one have a tut on how to make a temeplate in DreamWeaver 8?

I just made a temeplate but i can not add any content to the contant box.

And do you need to add a editable regions in the temeplate?

Maybe because you need to slice it and code it first to edit it?:S
