Really Annoying Internet Problem...

Rite... My Windows Live messenger wont work, because of what it explains as being ''Firewalls blocking it''. It works upon my dads computer. ive removed Firewalls and stil unsuccesful. Also, I can not upload large files to the internet, (e.g to bebo or to my File Manager on my website) If you know how to fix this Please help

Check if an anti-virus or anti-virus' firewall is blocking it. Temporarily disable your windows firewall and see if that helps.

Disable anti virus, windows firewall etc. and if it still doesn't work, leave them disabled and reinstall msn.

Same, but this was when I edited the executable main file (msnmsngr.exe) in a HEX editor, to cheat 'Idle' but it never worked, and mucked my MSN up.. I had to reinstall it 3 times.

Massive file upload problem;

There is no fix for this that can be complete from your computer, it's because the server connection time's out before the file upload is complete.
