Just for buying itching powder...and not even using it!

Dear Headmaster,
Whilst away at Camp I purchased some itching powder, however I did not use it on anyone or, their belongings. After thinking how stupid I have been I have realised that I shouldn’t of done this, it made me realise that such stupid actions have made me pay the price of the consequences, I have decided that I won’t be misbehaving whilst away with the school again, and that next time, when I go to do something as silly as I did I will think twice, before just going ahead and doing it. I’m very sorry for my actions and make sure that I think what will happen before I purchase another novelty item or practical joke.
