    Well it would have to be windows XP. You couldn't run Vista nicley on a £300 machine. I would recommend you go looking in PCworld if you have one near you. They don't rip you off so much on some of the cheaper machines.

    Are you getting a new monitor or sticking with the one you have now? That would take £100 off the 300 which would leave you with 200 for the actual machine.

    Mesh do somedecent deals. For 300 you might not be able to get a system which can run some of the newer 'CD games'

    Is the £299 worth buying ?

    Looks cheapest on there.

    Also it will need a monitor with it, mines the size of a portable tv & its all scratched.

    Well if i get any extra money from other family members how much would a goodish/cheap GFX card cost,

    Also is GFX - Graphics?

    Whould the dell pc be compatiable with a GFX card i put in myself?

    Yes, GfX is graphics. Your best bet would be going with the Dell and spending around £50 on a graphics card like this. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/139051

    Yh i might just do that,

    What kind of games would that graphics card be best for?

    Also is it easy to take old one out and put a new one in?

    &&&

    Would the graphics card & games run quick with the dell processor and everthing?
