There are packs of habbo images for fansite use, and the programs most people use for habbo alterations are MS paint, the GIMP, and sometimes photoshop

With making a site, you'll need to have a great understanding of pixel
art. (Aswelll as html, but of couse you knew that )

I suggest reading through this tutorial so you get the basics of it.

    In other news,
Spell properly. Write properly. And use grammar!

Also, If I can use paint to do my work so can you. Save as PNG, and work hard. I suggest you don't start a site, you need talent which you lack.
