Because of some people asked to make it more simple, I'll make it.
Sorry I couln't post yesterday, had to go hospital, BUT! I'm making two reports today!

Habbox value: 28 HC's

StickMan's Value: Because of the time's saw traded - 28 - 30 HC's

Comment: This rare is staying by the Habbox price, altho, It may go up because of the seasson, and many people want's to have the complete rug.

"Holiday Romance"
Habbox value: 2 HC's

StickMan's Value: 2 HC's maybe 2.1 HC's

Comment: The Holiday Romance is just as the exact price the Lapland was in X-mas, a nice rare to pass time, and decorate a tropical room, well valued and people don't hate them like fans. ^^

Comment: The parasol is a very cool rare that Habbos are liken it, they are well payed in 1.0

Comment: I have not seen this rare traded frequently, seem's not very popular.

"Yellow Marquee"

Comment: Yellow marquee is sometimes given as profit, sometimes traded for HC's, theire value on the hotel is poping up and down.

Comment: Habbos are more likeley to pay 1 HC for the whole set, then 1.5, and as I said in my past report... 1 / 3 = .33

"Grey Birth Bath"

12 HC's - 5 time's (Bulk trade)

StickMan's Value: 11.5 HC's

Comment: This day's, I've seen more Bath's on Casinos, along with dragons, wich make them look better, and if people are buying them on bulks for more HC's, I think this will pop up.

Comment: The blue amber, I also don't know why is it popular, people are buying them, only saw 4 times traded today.

StickMan's Value: If keeps selling like now, 1.5 HC's

Comment: Pillow's are a very cool rare, they sell good, they don't look bad or old, the color's are great, and I would pay 1.5 for them, simply, nice.

Comment: ICM's are not that popular as pillows, or petals, but not bad as fans, they are a bit hard to sell depending on the color.

Comment: Was a damn bad head ache to sell mine! they didn't even wanted for profit, lol. Bad rare

Comment: Nelly's are used now on Casino decorations, but not many have them because of ht Golden Nelly.

Comment: Monolith, isn't nice how it slides, up and down, slowly, gentle, saying... "Pass my friend"... I love them, but only the black one.

Comment: It's the perfect time to buy this rares, cheap, and whe X-mas comes you sell it for more! It's how the summer - xmas furni rotates. =)
