Well I'm a complete noob when it comes to this stuff.. I really have no idea..

I'm trying to learn how to code, I've got a page and all ready, and I have Cpanel.. but I can't figure out how to put the thing on a webpage -.-

Tl;dr: I need to put a file onto www.weec.habbohotelfm.com how do I do so?
