i have about 3 or 4 g to buy stuff lolz

Don't spend any money on armor or wepons at that level.
Use what you get from quests and drops. :]
When you get to about 35 go Scarlet monestry. :]
But im sure your fine, you don't really need to worry about buying armor to higher levels. ^_^

do all quests basically, if ur gear really sucks, get atlasloot and look for a dungeon ur lvl to get gear.

I'm pretty sure instances around your level will drop some decent stuff for the time being.
