    Default Really random issue.

(Don't worry about the bit at the bottom, that's an easy issue to fix after logon.)
All the user accounts are gone and I tryed Alt Ctrl Del and typing in my username and password but it stil didn't work.
I think the answer is to reinstall Windows, but I don't really want to lose all my music/games so can anyone help me out?
I have Google'd but I think my issue is somewhat unique.

    Any ideas appreciated.

You could boot the machine, by holding the F8 key at startup.

When a user using XP boots using safemode, the hidden Administrator account will be visible. You can access your computer like that, and create a new user.
To boot into safemode, press F8 when starting up your system.

This issue isn't unique, it's on Google too. I don't think you looked very hard .
Also it's on the Microsoft website, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331880. Though there's many other reasons this could be occurring besides having PC Anywhere installed on your computer (as stated as a cause on Microsoft.)
