Personally I can't see much difference accept for the fact loads of C++ runtime errors and it's standalone.

CS4 already? CS3 isnt really that old, alot of people still use CS2.

They hardly change anything. Its all about making money from people wanting to be up to date

I think the biggest change is perhaps they are going to include a 64-bit version.
