    Default Urgent Help Needed

Someone somewhere has found out my msn password and changed it. The password reset thing won't take my secret answer and he could use my account for identity theft. I've been told I could have a keylogger on my system. I also can't find anywhere I can contact a person from microsoft about it. I have important details and information on that account and before you go around accusing me no I don't use the same password anywhere else and have never told anyone.
The alternate email isn't recieving the reset password email either.

+rep to the people who can help. This is extremely urgent.

I don't think there is any way of shutting down the account. Emailing the live support will only get you an automated reply most of the time.

Best advice is to tell everyone you know what has happened and create a new account.
Ex-janitor. Might pop in from time to time, otherwise you can grab all my information from http://jamesy.me.uk/

Nothing else you can really do, I phoned microsoft support when it happened to me, waste of time.

My advice is to download a Sypware and Malicious Malware program, run a check, it will locate the keylogger and delete it. And the MSN account, ring them up on the phone number on thier website, explain your situation and see what they say.
Other than that.. Im sorry i dont know.

Try emailing them is all you can do, I just had a quick look for a phone number and I've found nothing, you could try looking as well but it's unlikely you'll find a number or get your account back.

I've been hacked numerous times and each time it just makes me secure so I wouldn't worry too much. Learn from your mistakes (if you can find what they are ) and try change your bank details etc and anything at risk

I always re root everything to my mums email temporarily if anything happens.

For non-MSN customers, call 1-800-386-5550 and when prompted say "Get Information".

For MSN customers, call 1-800-386-5550 when prompted say:
    "Password Reset"
    "Tech Support"
