Default Made the most amazing pasta

Ok so yesterday I was thinking of making one, so I just tried, and surprisingly it turned out great! So

Btw oil here I'm referring to extra virgin olive oil
    • Boil linguine in water with salt, oil
    • Put oil in pan
    • pan fry salmon (as it cooks start to flake it) and pour in about 1 table spoon of white wine
    • Put oil in same pan
    • pan fry squid and pour in 1 table spoon of white wine
    • Sear scallops and also pour in 1 table spoon of white wine (I only use like 5 scallops, so I used only maybe one teaspoon?)
    • When the pasta is cooked (may be when the seafood is still cooking depending on type of pasta (I used fresh) when is soft enough to eat, but still is succulent)
    • Decant into a bowl of ice water
    • With the same pan as before, add more oil and fry garlic and onions
    • Then add in the pasta
    • Stir fry and add salt, herbs (I used oregano and thyme) and chill powder/flakes (VERY IMPORTANT, makes it amazing) and about 3 tablespoons of white wine
    • When all the spices are well mixed, put into a bowl, top with the seafood, enjoy!
    Hope you like it

I don't get you? If you're asking the recipe I just threw it together. and some of my ingredients like the olive oil are from italy.
