Sound problem

I just rebooted my computer, And now I'm having a sound problem.
I don't know how to install my sound card, I downgraded from xp media center to windows xp home edition.

So when I downgraded my sound and video card is not installed.

I want to install my sound card but I don't know how to, nor do I know my sound cards manufacture name.

Try windows update it usually picks up graphics drivers and sometimes sound drivers.
