Default cPanel email on iPod Touch.

I have been setting up my cPanel email ([email protected]) up and I have the ingoing part all fine, it receives mail and all - but the outgoing isn't working.

Here's how cPanel tells me to set it up:
    Mail Server Username: will+kolzy.com
    Incoming Mail Server: mail.kolzy.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.kolzy.com (server requires authentication)
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)

Has anyone setup their cPanel on their iPod touch? If so can you tell me how? +rep

use these settings, it got confusing for me but I worked it out.
    POP
income: mail.server.com (server your site obviously)
    outgoing: mail.server.com
    login: [email protected]
    password: obviously

when it asks do want to use ssl go stop/cancel etc
and then readd it again it will ask you if you 100% want to do it just click yes/accept and it will work

Do I use SSL for the ingoing too? Or no SSL for outgoing and ingoing?

EDIT: I added it, then it said POP certificate not found, continue anyway? I clicked yeah and now it's verifying POP information (been verifying for like 5 minutes)

You don't want to verify it and no SSL

If you feel hard and it supports it, use imap.yourserver.com for incoming and smtp.yourserver.com for outgoing, it's how i get my aol email :8

You still need to do the same concept as the SMTP for some reason it likes to verify any cPanel email

Dave you have to verify the POP information, otherwise the account doesn't setup.

It does, you have to just say no to verify and go create again

Give it time for the first time, did for me, and then it works fine after, first time took about 2-3 minutes.
