Get any from the walkman series, e.g. W800 or W810 or W880 they are good, also just get a 1 gig mem card from tesco.

Some of the new ones might, but my W810 and W800 came with a 512MB....

The memory card depends on the network.
For example, once someone got a 1GB card with their N95 Virgin, but someone else got 512mb or something from T-Mobile, but this was a long time ago.:8
