Does anyone actually agree with this? I think it's a joke. Wii Fit is clearly advertised with BMI and if anyone has a problem with being called fat by a computer game, then don't buy it?

I think people bring it on themselves.
If you know your clearly not fat then a game telling you that you are shouldnt change that.
My friend and her dad got put as "Overweight" but she just laughed because shes small for her age (17).
I couldnt care less if the game told me I was a migit, giant, skinny, obese or whatever.

Lol, 18 to be called fat?
Our goverment is really :rude:.
LOL!
That's the best thing I've heard all day..
So if she stood on a weighing machine that measured your BMI and said if she was overweight, would the government take that off the shelves?
Most ridiculous thing ever, you buy WiiFit with the awareness that it will tell you if you are underweight or overweight, right?
I sense that it's just another family trying to sue Nintendo, haha :eusa_wall
Totally agreed,http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/liv...n_page_id=1770

just watch that and you'll understand the thread better.
Wii Fit does not tell you to go on a diet! As I said, clearly it talks about BMI on the adverts, on the box etc. They're blaming Wii Fit on pressuring diets but actually, it's more the media which does that. Wii Fit is there to have fun and I'd say its more for adults to lose weight and for children to play the balance games and actually have fun. Ugh, I just don't get why this is a serious issue whatsoever.
