Ione's present isn't opening?

Just remembered the PW to an OLLLD account and have a lovely present from ione, but it won't open!

What do you mean by, It wont open?

Have you placed it in a room and pressed open present?

And either you have too much stuff in your hand (if possible)

Or, a hotel manager has made it so any unopened presents from Iones birthday aren't opened as they contain those rares.

Why would they do that just cause' it's a rare, this is annoying!

You could only open them for one year I think, or shorter. After that, you weren't allowed to open them. So you can't open it sadly

Just keep it, you probably won't be able to sell it for much but it would be nice to keep it in your room

You can't sell presents, but yeh, make a good momento I guess, not many unopened presents floating around these days.

I believe you can contact Habbo to get them open, Go to Contact Us and tell them your problem, they'll open it.
