    Default Pulled groin, maybe?

    Ok, recently I have gotten some pain right beside my crotch area, and it feels like something is pulling on it so I think it might be a pulled groin. I haven't really done anything except have a few ab workouts (includes some stuff using my upper legs) and uhh... well, the common thing teen boys do :rolleyes:.

    I don't stretch though, that could be it.

    EDIT: Little more info, it is like very close to the bottom of my crotch area, on the left side, on that muscle or whatever.

    Sorry for double post - can't edit:

    i read that it COULD be a sports hernia, which doesn't require surgery or anything, just rest and keep from messing with that area or something. Its common for athletes. i hope its nothing bad though

    Yeah, as you said, rest should do it.

    Try not to strain it anymore than you already have.

    Happens quite often to me. Just rest and don't do too much on it for around a week. And yeah, warm up
