Default Convert AVI to something iPod Touch plays?

    Hello,

Wasn't sure where to post, Microsoft section because its on Windows, or the Apple section because its for my Touch

Anyway, How could I convert AVI files (downloaded from the internet ) to something my iPod Touch can play? Tutorials? Programs?

I really liked HandBrake but it can only convert from a CD/DVD.

    Thanks

I downloaded a program called "Any Video Converter" from a torrent and that converts into most file formats but it's not entirely legal...
