    Default Manchester Congestion Charge

They have just announced that there will be a congestion charge if you want to travel in/out of manchester. I do actually live in manchester but luckily not in the centre where the congestion system will take place. What is your view on the congestion charge?

    Its stupid.
I think they were planning on charging the M60/M62, which was made to take traffic off the A roads between the smaller areas. Counter-productive, and with Manchester having a far poorer public transport system to that of London but granted above most other cities, still not good enough for this IMO.
    Doubt everything, even this.
