Just quick question If I buy cod 4 for PC from a store its the multiplayer aswell right?
Or would I be better getting from STEAM

It's cheaper from STEAM, and STEAM will auto install the patches, so you don't have to download them manually etc... Also, STEAM is launching a thing soon where your saved games will be stored on their servers so you can format your PC without loosing your progress!
