Google translate cannot teach you a language at all, it just poorly translates words.

You'll find it very difficult finding a place to learn Dutch but I don't think it's the most difficult of languages to speak. The British curriculum doesn't feature Dutch at all and it's pretty void an English-speaking person learning Dutch as the vast majority of Dutch people learn English from a young age.

Dutch isn't really offered in UK schools (I think that there is only 2 schools whom offer it according to my Career advisor). You could pick it up at university, there are 4 universities which offer Dutch as a language (Where you will get something out of it - I know this because I also wanted to study Dutch), Oxford, Cambridge, Nottingham and St Andrews. All of these require A's to get into the uni other than Nottingham, which is 2 B's and a C at A2.

However both Newcastle and Nottingham Trent offer a Dutch course but you would be studying it out of personal achievement rather than hoping to get anything out of it qualification wise.
