Annoying continuous Error !! HELP !!

I've had this error for months, but have too busy to ask you guys due to my GCSE exams taking place.

Anyway this occurs every time I try to log on, I have tried re-installing shockwave player, that doesn't seem to make a difference. + rep if you solve my problem; here's a screenshot of it (the actual file it says it's unable to open varies from time to time).

Make a new computer name and log into that one

Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Create New Account
