She is hoovering at 11:15pm fgs.

Also last year we looked out of the window and it was gone 12am and she had a torch and was sitting in her garden putting plants in..

Also once she hoovered her concrete garden and hoovered her car at gone 12am

my neighbour dissapears for like weeks at a time, we've had the police round like 4 times and they're asking where he is...

Yea, shes cracked.

When my mum chucked my dad out, in the flat he was staying in had this woman above him. the floors were really thick, and she was hovering but picking the hover up and banging it on the floor all the time. This was at like 1am or something.

Im sure there doing something else with the hover though.

Mine has a forest back garden (literally, plants EVERYWHERE). Also, their front garden has like a matress n stuff and they cba to move it. But they are so smokin' rich.

One has 5 dogs that are woofing/fighting all the time and birds that tweet like there's no tomorrow. My other neighbour is insane, she sits on a chair at the end of the garden rocking loads and just generally doing weird things. She yells at you if your in the garden and watchs you when you walk past the house.
