Well i havn't been on in a while so il just say a quick HELLO,

Now i will introduce my new project idea; i am creating a new auction based site much like ebay but for domains, scripts, layouts and other online stuff.

Im just contemplating the prices i should charge for allowing people to sell their stuff.

Should i charge a standard base price: Only if the person manages to sell their script.
What percentile should i charge on items sold: If something sold for say £20 and you got £3/4 i would be more than happy.
Should i offer auction and buy now: Yes, there needs to be a middle man service, automated script delivery on payment in a zip file, not hard to do, use paypal API.
Any other comments: Sounds like an alright idea

From the second screenshot, do you have ClearType enabled or not?

I think it will not get as popular as you want to run it, as the site requires more than a few users, you'd need like 100 active users, which would use it daily or something.

Some text have it enabled some not
I enabled it on some because modern browser display the fonts with cleartype
